What the Nintex Process Platform does for your business

Most companies already know which processes cost them time: purchase approvals stuck in someone’s inbox, onboarding checklists kept in spreadsheets, contracts that wait days for a signature. The Nintex Process Platform covers the whole life of those processes in one set of tools: you map how the work flows, capture the data with digital forms, automate the routing and approvals, generate the documents, collect signatures, and measure where things slow down.

As a Nintex partner in Florida, Costa Consulting Group designs, builds, and supports those solutions end to end. We start with the process, not the software. A short discovery phase shows which steps are worth automating first, which systems need to be connected, and what a realistic first release looks like. From there, we deliver in small increments, so your team sees working automation in weeks rather than waiting for a large project to finish.

Because we also work with SharePoint and Microsoft 365, the workflows we build fit the tools your people already use every day, with the right permissions, a clear audit trail, and documentation your IT team can maintain.

What changes for your team

  • Requests reach the right person automatically, with reminders and escalations.
  • Every decision is timestamped and searchable for audits.
  • Managers see where each request is without asking.
  • Repetitive data entry between systems is handled by bots.

Processes we often automate

  • Finance: invoice approvals, expense reports, and month-end checklists
  • Human resources: employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Audit and compliance: control evidence and policy attestations
  • Supply chain: purchase requests and vendor onboarding

Frequently asked questions

Which Nintex products do we need?

It depends on the process. Most projects start with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms. Document-heavy processes add Nintex DocGen and Nintex eSign, and processes that touch legacy systems without an API add Nintex RPA. We recommend the smallest set that solves the problem.

Can Nintex connect to the systems we already use?

Yes. Nintex connects to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and many other business applications through built-in connectors, and to other systems through their APIs. Where no API exists, a Nintex RPA bot can work through the application’s screens.

How long does a first automation take?

A focused process, such as a purchase request with one or two approval levels, can usually go live in a few weeks. Larger programs are delivered in phases, starting with the process that saves the most time.

Do you help with Nintex licensing?

Yes. As a Nintex partner we can help you choose the right subscription for your use case and scale it as your automation program grows.
