Power Automate or Nintex? We build with both
Power Automate is included with most Microsoft 365 business plans, so many companies already own it without using it. The flows that do exist are often built by one person, on a personal account, with no documentation and no one watching when they fail. We build flows that hold up: inside solutions, run by service accounts, with error handling and a clear owner.
Most consultancies sell a single platform. We implement both Nintex and Power Automate, so the recommendation follows the process. Power Automate usually wins when the work lives in Microsoft 365 and the approvals are simple to moderate. Nintex usually wins when you need complex forms, document generation, and e-signature in one platform, or when the process spans Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other systems.
We work in English and Spanish with companies in Florida, across the U.S., and in Latin America.
What changes for your team
- Approvals arrive in Teams and Outlook and are handled in one click.
- Data moves on its own between SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and your other systems.
- Every flow is documented, has an owner, and alerts someone when it fails.
- You know what needs a Premium license and what doesn’t before anything is built.
Processes we often automate
- Purchase requests and invoice approvals
- Time off and expense reports
- Employee onboarding and access requests
- Saving email attachments to SharePoint with metadata
- Scheduled reports from Excel or SharePoint lists
What’s included
Cloud flows
Automated, scheduled, and instant flows on SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Forms, with multi-stage approvals.
Desktop RPA
Power Automate Desktop bots that work through desktop apps and legacy systems with no API, attended or unattended.
Integrations
Standard and Premium connectors, custom API calls, and on-premises systems through the data gateway.
Governance
Environments, solutions, service accounts, data policies, and error handling, so flows don’t depend on one person.
Legacy workflow migration
SharePoint 2013 workflows stopped running in SharePoint Online on April 2, 2026. We replace them, along with the Nintex or InfoPath processes that are better off in Power Automate.
Power Apps
Simple forms and apps on SharePoint or Dataverse when a process needs more than an approval email.
Power Automate assessment
A review of the flows you already have: environments, data loss prevention policies, licensing, ownership, and failures, with a prioritized fix list.
Roadmap & ongoing support
A Power Platform roadmap, custom connectors for systems without one, and support after go-live.
Frequently asked questions
Is Power Automate included in Microsoft 365?
Most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans include Power Automate with standard connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Premium connectors, the on-premises data gateway, Dataverse, and unattended desktop bots require Power Automate Premium or Process licenses. We tell you which ones a process needs before we build it.
Our old SharePoint workflows stopped working. Can you replace them?
Yes. Microsoft retired SharePoint 2010 workflows in SharePoint Online years ago, and SharePoint 2013 workflows stopped running on April 2, 2026. We inventory what you have, rebuild what still matters in Power Automate, and retire the rest.
Should we use Power Automate or Nintex?
It depends on the process. Power Automate is a strong fit for Microsoft 365 approvals and integrations. Nintex is stronger for complex forms, document generation, and e-signature. Because we implement both, we recommend the one that fits, and sometimes they work together.
Can you fix flows someone else built?
Yes. We review existing flows, move them off personal accounts, add error handling and documentation, and hand them back to your team in a state they can maintain.
