Certified Nintex Automation CE specialists in Florida
Nintex Automation CE, formerly Nintex Automation Cloud, brings workflow, forms, RPA, document generation, and e-signature together in one cloud platform. Getting value from it depends less on the tools and more on how well the processes are understood and designed.
Our consultants hold the Nintex Automation Specialist I and II certifications, along with certifications in Nintex DocGen for Salesforce, Nintex RPA, and Nintex Process Manager. We use that breadth to design automations that span the whole process instead of a single step.
If you know the platform as Nintex Workflow Cloud, its workflow engine continues as Nintex Workflow inside Nintex Automation CE. Workflows are built in a visual designer that is easy to review with the business, with room for parallel approvals, escalations, loops, error handling, and integrations through connectors or direct API calls.
A typical engagement has three parts: an assessment that maps your processes and identifies the best candidates for automation; implementation in short iterations with your team involved at every step; and training and governance so your organization can run and extend the platform on its own. We work in English and Spanish, which helps companies with teams in both the United States and Latin America.

Frequently asked questions
What does an automation assessment include?
Interviews with the people who run the process, a map of the current steps and systems, a list of automation candidates ranked by effort and impact, and a proposed roadmap.
Is Nintex Workflow Cloud still available?
Its capabilities continue in Nintex Workflow within Nintex Automation CE, the platform formerly called Nintex Automation Cloud. Existing Workflow Cloud workflows keep running, and new projects are built on the current platform.
Can you migrate our Nintex for SharePoint workflows to the cloud?
Yes. We inventory your on-premises workflows, decide which to migrate, rebuild, or retire, and move them in priority order.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After launch we monitor, fix, and extend your workflows, and help you add new processes over time.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
Yes. We often build alongside internal developers and administrators, and hand over documentation and training so they can own the solution.
