SharePoint consulting and migration
A well-structured SharePoint is where documents are easy to find and automations have a reliable place to run. We design it, clean it up, train your team, or move you onto it.
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams
A SharePoint your team actually uses
SharePoint is where many companies keep their documents, intranet, and team sites, and it is often where automation projects start. When SharePoint grows without a plan, it becomes a maze of folders, duplicated files, and permissions nobody understands. When it is designed well, people find what they need in seconds and workflows have reliable lists and libraries to run on.
Costa Consulting Group helps you get there. We design the information architecture around how your teams work, set up permissions and sharing rules that stay manageable, replace spreadsheets with structured SharePoint lists, and plan migrations from file shares or older SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online.
We also train your people. A short, hands-on session with real examples does more for adoption than any manual, and we leave your administrators with clear documentation of how the site is organized.

Frequently asked questions
Should we move from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online?
For most organizations, yes. SharePoint Online removes server maintenance, stays up to date, and integrates with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. We plan the move in stages and clean up what is no longer needed along the way.
Can SharePoint replace our shared drives?
In most cases. Document libraries add version history, metadata, search, and permissions that shared drives lack, and files stay available in Teams and on mobile devices.
Do you build workflows on SharePoint?
Yes. We automate SharePoint processes with Nintex and connect them to forms, approvals, and e-signature.
