Nintex RPA
Automate repetitive tasks with Nintex RPA
Software bots that click, copy, and type through the systems that have no API, so your people stop re-keying data between screens.

When robotic process automation makes sense
Some work cannot be automated through an API because the system does not have one: an old ERP, a desktop application, a government portal, or a website that only works through its screens. People end up copying data from one window to another, hour after hour. Robotic process automation (RPA) assigns that work to software bots instead.
Nintex RPA bots follow the same steps a person would, with precision and without getting tired. They can run unattended on a schedule, or work alongside an employee who starts them with a click. Every action is logged, so you can see exactly what each bot did.
RPA works best on tasks that are rule-based, repetitive, and stable. Part of our job is telling you when RPA is the right tool and when an API integration or a redesigned process would be better. When we do build bots, we connect them to Nintex workflows so automation covers the whole process, not a single step. Our team holds Nintex RPA Developer, Attended Automation, and Manager certifications.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between RPA and workflow automation?
Workflow automation moves work between people and systems through rules and integrations. RPA imitates a person using an application’s screens. Most successful programs combine both.
Is Nintex RPA the same as Nintex Kryon RPA?
Nintex acquired Kryon and has been bringing its RPA capabilities together under the Nintex RPA name. We work with current Nintex RPA tooling and can advise existing Kryon customers on their path forward.
Will bots break when an application changes?
They can, which is why we build bots with error handling and monitoring, document them, and support them after launch.
Which processes should we automate with RPA first?
Start with high-volume tasks that follow clear rules and use stable screens, such as entering invoices into an ERP, downloading and distributing reports, or reconciling records between two systems. We help you score candidates by effort and time saved before building anything.
